Welcome to the Law Offices of Zeshan Q. Khan, PLLC, where we provide high quality, experienced, skilled and compassionate legal representation in bankruptcy, consumer rights, family law and civil litigation.
At the Law Office of Zeshan Q. Khan, PLLC, we care for our clients, we care about our work, and we care about providing to individuals and families valuable services while being mindful of cost.
Our practice areas and skill sets are geared to problem-solve. To that extent, we seek to provide cost-effective solutions, whether that means negotiating or litigating. We’re not “hired guns,” so we don’t have a scorched-earth litigation policy. Rarely is that the best approach. But we do have an extensive litigation background, and so we’re trained and prepared to take a case to trial should the need arise.
We are also committed to giving back to the community and as such, each of us makes volunteerism a priority. It’s not an aspiration; it’s a requirement at our firm.

Zeshan Q. Khan grew up touring the East Coast, from New York to North Carolina to Florida to Georgia. He attended the University of Florida, branded henceforth as a diehard Gator. An armchair philosopher in training, he double-majored in Religious Studies and English Literature, and minored in archeology and anthropology, graduating with unemployable high honors.
